We offer end-to-end services—from process development and equipment integration to turnkey engineering delivery—for lithium-ion and lead-acid battery recycling lines. We consistently use core KPIs—safety, recovery rate, product purity, energy consumption, and emissions—as our design and validation benchmarks, ensuring an optimal balance of environmental performance and economic value.

For lithium-ion battery recycling, our solution covers safe pre-treatment, second-life applications, crushing and sorting, hydrometallurgical extraction and purification, and material regeneration. We also provide optional second-life capabilities for qualified retired power batteries, including testing, grading, reconfiguration/regrouping, and system integration. These systems can be widely deployed in applications such as energy storage, maximizing battery lifetime and value.

For lead-acid battery recycling, our solution spans receiving and pre-treatment, crushing and sorting, lead paste/grid processing, acid neutralization and purification, and plastic washing and regeneration. The line is integrated with plant-level EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) controls to ensure compliant, stable, and green operations throughout the entire production lifecycle.

We follow an R&D pathway of "lab verification–pilot scale-up–engineering delivery," continuously building replicable process packages, key equipment parameters, and modular line configurations. Through close collaboration with universities and industry partners, we accelerate localized deployment and efficient overseas project execution.
