A spent lithium battery recycling line typically consists of second-life applications, battery disassembly and crushing & sorting, black mass hydrometallurgical lithium extraction, and EHS support systems. By routing batteries at different value stages, we ensure safety and longevity in second-life scenarios while achieving efficient recovery and purification of lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, and other key metals from black mass.
Second-Life System
For retired power batteries that still retain energy value, through testing and screening, module disassembly and cell regrouping, consistency evaluation and grading, we output second-life battery systems suitable for energy storage, low-speed electric vehicles, and other applications, maximizing value and enabling full lifecycle management.

For batteries unsuitable for second-life use or with safety concerns, we employ live/inert atmosphere crushing, sorting, and pre-treatment processes to effectively separate casings, current collectors, separators, and black mass, while controlling fire and explosion risks and coordinating treatment of solvents, electrolytes, and other hazardous substances.
